Clerk and Master
The Clerk and Master is responsible for all Chancery Court records; Divorces, Receipting Child Support and Alimony Payments, Delinquent Property Taxes, Trust Account for Minors, Adoptions, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Land Disputes, Workers' Compensation and Lawsuits - Non-Jury and Jury Trials. Probate Court is a division of the Chancery Court.
